My name is Paola, I was Born in Italy and I am a certified USUI Reiki Master and have been practicing Reiki for nearly 20 years, following a personal journey deeply rooted in spirituality and human connection.

I am also coaching people through japanese disciplines such as IKIGAI and DAN SHA RI, to help them to find their real purpose in life and simplifying their own life by letting go of unnecessary possessions. with the most authentic and structured eastern methods.

Over the years, I have dedicated much of my time to serve both children and adults, reinforcing my belief that the synergy between Reiki, a compassionate presence and a complete holistic approach to our being well are essential for true healing.

I am a mother of two wonderful grown up children who inspire me every day.

We share many thoughts and moments together, and they continuously enrich my perspective on life and energy work.

Two years ago, I moved from Italy, my home country, to Lisbon, a city that has brought me great joy and inspiration. Here, I have embraced a new way of sharing Reiki and other different tecnhiques for a deep inner personal development, such as Dan Sha Ri, Ikigai and Mindfulness, offering sessions both in person and virtual. I do also practice space clearing treatments

to help others reconnect with their energy, find balance, and experience the transformative power in a way that feels natural and accessible is my personal goal, so follow me in this beautiful journey
