My name is Paola, I am a certified USUI Reiki Master and have been practicing Reiki for nearly 20 years, following a personal journey deeply rooted in spirituality and human connection.

I am also coaching people through japanese disciplines such as IKIGAI and DAN SHA RI, to help them to find their real purpose in life with the most authentic and structured eastern methods

My path has always been guided by a desire to understand and nurture the bond between energy healing and the relationship with others. Over the years, I have dedicated much of my time to serve both children and adults, reinforcing my belief that the synergy between Reiki, a compassionate presence and a complete holistic approach to our being well are essential for true healing.

The most difficult moments through my life have taught me more than the moments when everything seemed to be going well and the shortcomings have given me the joy of enjoying what I already had instead of missing what was not yet manifested yet.

I finally got the lesson that less is always more

I am a mother of two wonderful grown-up children who inspire me every day. We share many thoughts and moments together, and they continuously enrich my perspective on life and energy work.

Two years ago, I moved from Italy, my home country, to Lisbon, a city that has brought me great joy and inspiration. Here, I have embraced a new way of sharing Reiki and other different tecnhiques for a deep inner personal development, such as Dan Sha Ri, Ikigai and Mindfulness, offering sessions both in person and virtual. I do also practice space clearing treatments

My goal is to help others reconnect with their energy, find balance, and experience the transformative power of Reiki in a way that feels natural and accessible.
